The large installation of solar panels by WestQuay Energy for P&D Lydon’s head offices and garage took place in April 2025. 172 panels were installed generating 74.82 kWp of solar power on the commercial premises. This aims to lower the company’s carbon footprint, decrease reliance on grid electricity, and demonstrate leadership in environmentally responsible construction practices.
The solar installation is expected to significantly reduce electricity consumption, contributing to long-term energy savings and aligning with green building goals.
