Located in Roscommon Town Centre with the site extents encompassing Main Street and Market Square. These works were carried out in a busy commercial trading and pedestrian area, with an AADT of 13,000. P&D Lydon were required to carry out the works while maintaining vehicular and pedestrian access to premises at all times. Additional works were added throughout the project duration that resulted in the value at completion to be significantly higher.

A complex traffic & pedestrian management plan was designed and implemented for the works by P&D Lydon’s in house Traffic Management Division. A Stage 2 & 3 Road Safety Audit was carried out on the Temporary Traffic Management that was designed, implemented and maintained by P&D Lydon.
